Built from each provider's own published pages, with dates

Compare Vet HR with the providers on your shortlist.

Choosing HR support for a veterinary practice usually means comparing quote-only websites. So we did the reading for you: what each provider's own pages say, what they leave unsaid, and the questions we would ask in your shoes. If we are not the right fit, the questions still are.

01How we compare

Most HR providers publish no prices and no terms. The questions are where the truth lives.

Every page below was built the same way: we read the provider's own website, pricing pages and published terms on a stated date, recorded what they say and what they do not, and turned the gaps into plain questions you can ask before signing anything.

No review-site paraphrasing, no invented numbers, no anonymous complaints. If a provider updates their pages and something here goes stale, tell us and we will correct it.

02The comparisons

Ten providers, read properly.

HR generalists, veterinary software vendors, rota tools and one brand that has left the market. Each page ends with the same thing: the questions to ask.

03Where Vet HR stands

The same questions, answered about us.

  • Who do you serve? UK veterinary practices only, roughly 5 to 50 staff. No other sectors, by design.
  • What does it cost? Priced per practice and quoted in writing before any work begins, as a fixed price project or a monthly subscription.
  • Who advises us? The founder and the team who build your systems. One number, answered twelve hours a day, every day of the year.
  • What do we keep at exit? Contracts and policies drafted for your practice are yours. Systems carry your branding, not ours.
  • What do you not do? We are not a law firm, not a retained health and safety consultancy and not an insurance seller. We say so plainly when you need one.
