Specialist HR is worth travelling for. From our base, most of the South is a short trip.

Being in Portsmouth means we can be in a practice in Hampshire, Sussex, Surrey or Dorset without it being an event. Projects, difficult conversations and health checks are done in person where that matters.

Everything else runs remotely and immediately: one number, twelve hours a day, seven days a week, on staff systems built to work from a phone wherever your team happens to be.

Where and how we work.

Do you only work with practices in the South of England?

No. We are based in Portsmouth and the South is where in-person visits are easiest, but we support veterinary practices anywhere in the UK remotely. The systems and consultancy work the same at any distance.

Will you actually come to our practice?

For work that deserves it, yes. Across Hampshire, Surrey, Sussex, Kent, Dorset and the wider South, on-site visits are routine. Further afield they are planned around the projects and moments that need a person in the room.

How does remote HR support work day to day?

One number, twelve hours a day, seven days a week, plus your staff systems hosted and maintained under your own branding. Most questions are answered the same day, whether you are in Portsmouth or Penzance.

What does it cost?
