How does pricing work?

Subscriptions are quoted per practice, based on team size and which systems and support you need. You get a written quote with everything itemised before you commit, and the price does not move mid-term.

Am I locked in?

No long lock-ins. The notice period is stated in your agreement before you sign, in plain English, and your data and documents are exportable if you leave. We would rather keep you with good service than with a contract clause.

What happens to our systems if we cancel?

Your data is yours. We export it in usable formats and agree a wind-down that does not leave your practice stranded mid-rota.

Can we start with a project and upgrade later?

Yes, and most practices do exactly that. A health check and fix first, then subscription once you know how we work.
